I have finally finished the throw I began in the spring. I have had the piece of tweed for over 20" years stored in my loft and decided I will never make a skirt with it therefore added felt shapes and roving embellished and then embroidered with Perle threads. The flower shapes were inspired from Iranian Textiles from the V & A. This is a gift for someone I know who has a birthday soon.
