SILK COCOONS, RODS AND SILK WORKSHOP @ COPT HEWICK

Progress to date on the workshop at Copt Hewick organised by the Embroiderers Guild in conjunction with the Lindisfarne display at Ripon Cathedral.

I am taking it with me today to work on whilst stewarding at the Cathedral this afternoon.

VISIT TO MALVERN AREA

I had a lovely few days with my friend in Mavern visiting Art in Action show, Tewksbury, Ledbury and Nature in Art a wonderful house with beautiful displays, the exhibits by Ralph Steadman of his Extinct Boids was amazing. Loved his sense of humour in his imaginary Boids scatter amongst the genuinely extinct.  I came back refreshed after the lovely hospitality of Hazel and her husband.
